Marshall Hurley acquired Provenance House, a former London pub, in late 2015, and converted it into a striking mix-used development consisting of 9 contemporary apartments combined with a commercial unit beneath. We partnered with Breley Design Architect to oversee the planning and implementation of this project.
The acquisition of this former pub follows the purchase of Crabtree Hall, in early 2015, as Marshall Hurley continues to look for further opportunities within the M25. This development has now been sold in June 2020.
